Delivery

Courier Delivery 
All parcels are shipped from our warehouse located in Singapore to your door. Duties and taxes are included. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for items to be picked and packed. You will receive the tracking number by email once the parcel is ready to be handed over to our delivery partner.

West Malaysia
Delivery is provided free of charge from Singapore to West Malaysia (3 to 4 working days).

East Malaysia
For shipments to East Malaysia (4 to 5 working days), there will be an additional surcharge of RM40.

For products with wireless features, the Royal Malaysia Customs may request for the SIRIM Special Approval Clearance Letter. This can be easily obtained online. If you need assistance, please reach out and we will be happy to help.
