Local Courier Delivery
All parcels are shipped from our logistics facilty located in Singapore to your door. Delivery is provided free of charge from Singapore to West Malaysia (4 to 5 working days). It includes duties and taxes. Hence, you will only need to pay the amount displayed during order checkout. 

For shipments to East Malaysia (5 to 7 working days), there will be an additional surcharge of RM40.

You will receive the tracking number by email once the package has been dispatched. 

For products with wireless features, the Royal Malaysia Customs may request for the SIRIM Special Approval Clearance Letter. This can be easily obtained online. If you need assistance, please reach out and we will be happy to help.
