Local Courier Delivery
All parcels are shipped from our logistics facilty located in Singapore to your door. Delivery is provided free of charge from Singapore to West Malaysia. It includes duties and taxes. Hence, you will only need to pay the amount displayed during order checkout.

For shipments to East Malaysia, there will be an additional surcharge, depending on the final weight of your order.

The shipping time to West Malaysia is about 4 to 5 working days and about 5 to 7 working days to East Malaysia.

You will receive the tracking number by email once the package has been dispatched.

Please take note if you are purchasing wireless devices, the Royal Malaysia Customs Department may require you to obtain a Special Approval Clearance Letter (SACL) from SIRIM. For more information, please refer to the video explaination provided by SIRIM. This usually cost between RM20 to RM40 for devices under personal usage. Permit is expected to be approved within 1 to 2 working days.
